Set up installation position with roof switch |
Leave ignition switched on. The Vario roof remains in this position for 7 min. after releasing the roof switch (stop function). Press the roof switch again to set this position for another 7 min. |

Remove covering at front of Vario roof |

Press limit switches (S69/2, S69/3) and control cable (2) off of catch (1) with screwdriver |

Unscrew screw (3) and remove catch (1) |
|
|
| 5 |
Remove hydraulic cylinder (4) |
|
|
| 6 |
Reinstall in opposite order |
Start all bolts, lock catch with 6 mm Allen wrench and unlock again. Hold catch in unlocking direction and tighten outer bolts first, then center bolt |
