Removing and installing cover on front seat backrest - AR91.18-P-1820G

REMOVING Removal     
1 Remove front seat backrest   AR91.10-P-1060G 
2 Remove head restraint guide in front seat backrest   AR91.16-P-0050G 
3 Lay front seat backrest down on suitable surface with cover down    
4 Press off adjustment wheel (3) and remove SPECIAL TOOL Figure
5 Unhook or pull out cover (2) all the way around on the clip groove in the rear shell (5) (arrows)    
6 Remove backrest frame (1) from foam rubber pad (4)    
7 Detach cover (2) from Velcro strip in area of backrest hinge (arrows)    
8 Pull cover (2) over foam rubber pad (4) in upper area    
9 Detach longitudinal retainers by turning upholstery clip (6) 90°    
10 Remove cover (2) from foam rubber pad (4)    
11 Pull upholstery wires (7 and 8) out of textile sleeves in cover (2)    
12 Remove upholstery clips (6, 13 each) on rear of foam rubber pad (4)    
INSTALLING Installation     
13 Insert upholstery wires (7 and 8) into textile sleeves in cover (2)    
14 Attach upholstery clips (6, 13 each) to rear of foam rubber pad (4)    
15 Fold over cover (2) and position on front of foam rubber pad (4)    
16 Connect upholstery clips (6, 13 each) with upholstery wires (7 and 8) starting with center upholstery wire (8)    
17 Draw cover (2) over foam rubber pad (4)    
18 Attach cover (2) to Velcro strip (arrows) in area of backrest hinge    
19 Position backrest frame (1) on foam rubber pad (4)    
20 Hook in cover (2) all the way around in the clip groove in the backrest shell (5) (arrows) and align    
21 Continue to reinstall in opposite order
