Removing and installing washing water reservoir for headlamp cleaning system - AR82.15-P-6200G

MODEL 170 with CODE (600a) Headlamp cleaning system

	Removal, installation
1	Remove right inner fender in front fender		AR88.10-P-1300G
2	Disconnect washer pumps (M5/1 and M5/2) from washing water reservoir	Catch washing water in suitable vessel, position pumps to side without disconnecting
3	Disconnect connector (1) for washing water sensor
4	Pull off filler hose (2)
5	Attach clamp to hot water hoses (3) for washing water heating coil		Fig 2
6	Loosen hose clamps on hot water hoses (3) to washing water heating coil
7	Pull off hot water hoses (3) from washing water heating coil
8	Unscrew mounting nuts for washing water reservoir
9	Remove washing water reservoir	Remove washing water reservoir downward after moving steering wheel to left-hand stop
10	Reinstall in opposite order
