Remove/install crank window in rear door - AR72.12-P-1910P

	Remove
	Risk of injury  to fingers being jammed or pinched  when Remove/install or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/tailgate or sliding roof.	When moving components, ensure that no body parts or limbs are within the operating range of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Remove inner sealing rail		AR72.10-P-1600P
2	Remove outer sealing rail		AR72.10-P-1700P
3.1	Remove speaker in rear door	with sound system, code 810	AR82.62-P-7874P
4	Fold door foil (1) upward and fasten.	Carefully remove bottom section from door foil (1) and fold toward front until assembly opening is accessible.
5	Move crank window (2) to assembly position	Open crank window (2) until bolts (2) in assembly opening are accessible.
6	Detach bolt (3) from crank window (2) on power window	Press out threaded expanding anchor (7) and remove
7	Remove window guide rail (4)
8	Unscrew bolts (5).
9	Remove window separator bar (6)
10	Remove crank window (2) upward
11	Press crank window (2) out of clip (8) and remove
	Install
12	Preinstall new clip (8) in power window mount (9)	Note the installation position! Word "top" up.
13	Insert bolts (3) and threaded expanding anchor (7)	Screw in only so that threaded expanding anchor (7) is in clip (8).
14	Insert crank window (2) into shaft
15	Insert crank window (2) into guide rail and clip (8)
16	Tighten bolts (3) lightly while pressing crank window (2) into clip (8) from rear.
17	Install window separator bar (6) and tighten bolts (5)
18	Install window guide rail (4)	Treat window guide rail (4) with lubricant. Antifriction agent	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
19	Roll up crank window (2)	up to crank window stop (2), align if necessary
20	Roll down crank window (2)	to assembly position.
21	Tighten bolt (3)	When tightening bolts (3) ensure that contact surfaces of clip (8) are flush (without play) on glass surface.

22	Check gap between clip (8) and glass surface of crank window (2)		*BE72.12-P-1002-01B

23	Check butyl cord on inner door panel	If necessary, install new butyl cord, insufficient sealing causes leakage
	Install
24	Attach door foil (1) to inner door panel	Check door foil (1) for damage, replace if necessary
