Stage basic data in STAR DIAGNOSIS, added and disconnect battery ground line, taken away

Steps 1 to 11

	Remove/Install
1.1	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and stage basic data from rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) in STAR DIAGNOSIS	Only when installing new the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2). Installation:  Transfer staged basic data to new rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
2	Unlock and remove left stowage compartment
3	Remove bolts (1)
4	Remove first aid kit bracket (2)
5	Unscrew bolt (3).
6	Pry off and move bracket (4) from rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2)	Move bracket (4) until rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) is freely accessible.
7	Unlock and remove rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2)	Carefully tilt rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) through 90 ° towards the spare wheel well otherwise the retaining lugs (arrows) may be damaged.
8	Release and disconnect electrical connectors (5).	The electrical connector (5) leading circuit 30 must be disconnected first and contacted last. Unlock and separate electrical connectors (5), see: ↓

		Installation:  Lock and contact electrical connectors (5), see: ↓
		Connecting cables to control units and fuse and relay boxes	AR54.18-P-1261-02P
9	Remove rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2)
10.1	Check fuse and relay assignment at rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2)	Only when installing new the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).
	Fuse assignment of fuse and relay box in trunk		GF54.15-P-1256-01P
	Relay assignment of fuse and relay box in trunk		GF54.15-P-1257-01P
11	Install in the reverse order
