72 304 38	The connecting plastic clip between the window and power window moves under load in the mount of the crank window and rubs against the glass.	1 Remove/install/replace plastic clips

		Rear door	AR72.12-P-1910P
	Cracking noises when closing or opening the crank window on the front/rear door while moving to the top and bottom end position.	When installing bracket assembly (rubber expanding anchors) 203 720 01 14, ensure that the window makes contact and is aligned with the vertical window guide rail before tightening the mounting bolt. Difference between plastic clips and bracket assembly expanding anchor: 25 mm or 30 mm plastic clips installed at factory up to 29.0.7.2003 Then use of clamping jaws. Repair solution valid for vehicles up to production date 29.07.2003. GLC Germersheim stock corrected as of 06/2003.
