Fold door foil (1) upward and fasten. |
Carefully remove bottom section from door foil (1) and fold upward until assembly opening is accessible. |

Move crank window (2) to assembly position |
Open crank window (2) until bolts (3) in assembly opening are accessible. |

Detach bolt (3) from crank window (2) on power window |
|
|
| 7 |
Remove window guide rail (4) |
|
|
| 8 |
Unscrew bolts (5). |
|
|
| 9 |
Remove window separator bar (6) |
|
|
| 10 |
Remove crank window (2) upward |
|
|
 |
Install |
|
|
| 11 |
Insert crank window (2) into shaft |
|
|
| 12 |
Insert crank window (2) into power window |
|
|
| 13 |
Slightly tighten bolts (3) |
|
|
| 14 |
Install window separator bar (6) and tighten bolts (5) |
|
|
| 15 |
Install window guide rail (4) |
Treat window guide rail (4) with lubricant. |
|
| |
|
Antifriction agent |

Roll up crank window (2) |
up to crank window stop (2), align if necessary |

Roll down crank window (2) |
to assembly position. |

| 18 |
Tighten bolt (3) |
Bolt, window clamp, window to power window |

Check |

| 19 |
Check butyl cord on inner door panel |
If necessary, install new butyl cord, insufficient sealing causes leakage |
|

Install |
|
|
| 20 |
Install door foil (1) on inner door panel and press on |
Check door foil (1) for damage, replace if necessary |
