	Remove/install
	Risk of explosion  caused by oxyhydrogen gas. Risk of poisoning and caustic burns  caused by swallowing battery acid. Risk of injury  caused by burns to skin and eyes from battery acid or when handling damaged lead-acid batteries	No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking. Wear acid-resistant gloves, clothing and glasses. Only pour battery acid into suitable and appropriately marked containers.	AS54.10-Z-0001-01A

1	Disconnect battery ground cable		AR54.10-P-0003P
2	Remove cover	Cover on front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/1).
3	Remove gasket (4)
4	Detach connector (1)	Slot M15 in front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/1).
5	Open cable duct (15)
6	Remove inner liner in front fender	Front fender liner.	AR88.10-P-1300P
7	Unscrew ground (left front, at lamp unit) (W9)
8	Disconnect connector (16)	Connector (16) on HCS [SRA] pump (M5/2)
9	Open all cable ties
10	Remove wiring harness
11	Install in the reverse order	When replacing headlamp cleaning system wiring harness ↓
		Retrofit headlamp cleaning system wiring harness	AN82.15-P-0001-01P
12	Read out fault memory and erase	STAR Diagnosis tool.
