Inspect transmission oil level |
Move selector lever to position "P". Insert oil dipstick up to the stop, pull out, read off oil level, repeat if necessary. The correct oil level should be measured at a transmission oil temperature of 80°C. |

At a transmission oil temperature of 25°C, the fluid level must be within the range "A". At a transmission oil temperature of 80°C, the oil level must be within the range "B". |

Warm up transmission |
Once a transmission oil temperature of 80°C has been reached, wait for at least two minutes. |

Shift selector lever into position "P". |

Correct transmission oil level |
It is essential to drain off or suction off an excess fill of transmission oil! An insufficient or excessive oil quantity causes malfunctions and transmission damage. |
