ME-SFI safety fuel shut-off function - GF07.61-P-3018GS

Safety fuel shut-off is active:

if mechanical faults exist in the actuator, to limit engine speed by shutting off the injectors (e.g. 1400 rpm).
in the absence of engine speed signals TN, to interrupt the fuel pump operation.
The ME-SFI control module is supplied with a crash signal by the airbag control module if the airbag is deployed (frontal crash). In this case, the ME-SFI control module switches off the fuel pump.
