1.1	Remove mirror glass	Model 220 as of VIN: 316717	AR88.70-P-9020M
2.1	Release bottom catch spring (2)	Model 220 up to VIN: 316716 Do not damage paintwork.
2.2	Release top catch spring (7)	Model 220 as of VIN: 316717 Avoid damaging paint.
3	Remove paneling (1)
	Install
4.1	Move bottom catch spring (2) to initial position	Model 220 up to VIN: 316716
5.1	Check position of connector for turn signal on outside rearview mirror (5) and turn signal connectors in outside rearview mirror covering (6)	Model 220 up to VIN: 316716 If the connectors are not in the correct position, damage can occur when the covering (1) is installed.
6	Push on paneling (1)	Ensure that the covering (1) is arrested in the end position by the bottom catch spring (2) or top catch spring (7). Model 220 up to VIN: 316716 Ensure that the turn signal connector is connected properly to the outside rearview mirror (5).
7	Check for proper function
