Adaptive damping system (ADS II) test of hydraulic system pressurized oil pump - AD32.32-P-7000B

MODEL 140 as of 1.6.94, 210 with CODE (216b) adaptive damping system (ADS) with level control 

	Adaptive damping system (ADS II) diagnosis, previous knowledge		AD32.32-P-2000B
I	Check oil level in oil reservoir and correct if necessary.
II	Unscrew connecting linkage on level controller lever (3a)	Pressure oil pump connecting diagram, testing hydraulics, ADS II	AD32.32-P-2000-06B
III	Depressurize oil pressure system at rear axle, by opening oil drain screw (3p) on the level controller, connection "S2".
IV	Connect pressure tester (038a, e) to rear axle level controller, connection "S2"
V	Level controller lever in position "F" = Fill
	Model 140:  Disconnect return flow line (T) from oil reservoir and hold in measuring vessel with a suitable hose
	Model 210:  Pinch off hose on return flow line (T) with clamp and disconnect. Collect oil in measuring vessel with a suitable hose.
	In addition, increase the quantity of oil by approx. 0.5 liters for the test.
