Retrofit seat heater for front seats - AN91.30-P-0001A

MODEL 210 up to 1.6.99 left-hand drive vehicle 

IMPORTANT When retrofitting heated seats, new seat cushion and backrest covers are required, because the heated cushions are sewn into the seat covers.

REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove floor mats in the left and right front footwell    
2 Remove door sill moldings at left and right front door    
3 Remove door sill moldings at left and right rear door    
4 Remove left front seat IMPORTANTInstallation:  connect heated seats wiring harness to left front connector block (X55/3). AR91.10-P-1000F
5 Remove right front seat IMPORTANTInstallation:  connect heated seats wiring harness to right front connector block (X55/4). AR91.10-P-1000F
6 Remove rear seat and rear backrest Models 210.0 AR91.12-P-1700F
    Model 210.2 AR91.12-P-1700FA
7 Disconnect ground lead from battery   AR54.10-P-0003A
8 Remove fuse box (F4) in rear    
9 Open cable duct cover at the right rear seat    
10 Open cable duct cover at the sills of the front doors and right rear door    
11 Detach edge guard in the lower area of the left and right B-pillar    
12 Remove left and right lower B-pillar paneling    
13 Remove cover at bottom left of A-pillar    
14 Remove footwell outlets at the left at the center console    
15 Remove left front carpeting    
16 Remove left front footrest    
17 Remove cover on gearshift lever   AR68.20-P-2310F
18 Remove center console   AR68.20-P-2000F
19 Remove ashtray from front center console   AR68.20-P-2400F
20 Remove radio   AR82.60-P-7502EA
21 Remove cover on center console   AR68.20-P-2350F
22 Remove rear floor covering    
23 Remove air duct in the left and right front footwell    
24 Remove cover below left of instrument panel   AR68.10-P-1500F
25 Open cable duct cover in the left and right front footwell    
26 Remove cover from fuse and relay box    
27 Release fuse carrier (F1)    
INSTALLING Install     
28 Install heated cushion in front seats   AR91.30-P-0004A
29 Retrofit wiring harness of heated seats for front seats   AN91.30-P-0001-01A 
30 Install in the reverse sequence IMPORTANT Steps 27 to 1  
31 Perform operational check IMPORTANT Refer to Diagnosis Manual, Body 14.3 HS.
