Removing and installing multi-contour seat air cushions - AR91.25-P-1770K

MODEL 208 with CODE (404a) Left multi-contour seat with CODE (405a) Right multi-contour seat

	Removal
1	Remove front seat	Disconnect electrical leads and pneumatic lines below seat	AR91.10-P-1000K
2	Remove multi-contour seat control valve		AR91.25-P-1710E
3	Unclip pneumatic lines from holder (1)	Pay attention to installation position of lines
4	Remove holder (1) for control valve	Drill out rivets with 7 mm bit
5	Remove cover on front seat cushion	Pay attention to installation position of rubber straps (5) and routing of pneumatic line (2)	AR91.18-P-1800K
6	Unclip clips (7) on seat cushion
7	Carefully separate glued points (arrows)	Do not damage seat padding
8	Remove air cushion with protective cover (6)
	Installation
9	Position air cushion with protective cover (6) on seat cushion and fasten with clips (7)	Before installing pressurize air cushion (max. 200 mbar) and check for leakage
10	Glue air cushion (6) to seat cushion on left and right (arrows)		*BR00.45-Z-1003-02A
11	Install cover on front seat cushion	Pay attention to installation position of rubber straps (5) and routing of pneumatic line (2)	AR91.18-P-1800K
12	Attach holder (1) for control valve	Rivet
13	Clip pneumatic lines into holder (1)
14	Install multi-contour seat control valve		AR91.25-P-1710E
15	Install front seat	Connect electrical leads and pneumatic lines below seat	AR91.10-P-1000K
16	Check multi-contour seat for proper function
