Remove/install poly V-belt - AR13.22-P-1202QK

REMOVING Removing     
1 Open engine hood Model 203 AR88.40-P-1000P
    Model 209 AR88.40-P-1000Q
    Model 211 AR88.40-P-1000T
2 Remove wideband silencer   AR09.41-P-6825T
3 Loosen poly-V-belt (1) and remove IMPORTANT Use the Torx recess below the tensioning pulley (2) for this purpose and swivel in anticlockwise direction (arrow).
Take off poly V-belt (1) and decelerate tensioning pulley (2).		  
INSPECT Checking     
4 Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device IMPORTANTInstallation:  Check the belt pulley sections and the tensioning device for any damage and dirt and replace if necessary.  
5 Check poly-V-belt (1) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Replace poly-V-belt (1) if necessary.  
REFER TO MAINTENANCE Inspect poly V-belt for wear and damage   AP13.22-P-1352Z
INSTALLING Install     
6 Fit on poly V-belt (1), tension IMPORTANT Use the Torx recess below the tensioning pulley (2) for this purpose and swivel in anticlockwise direction (arrow).
Fit on poly-V-belt (1) and slacken the tensioning pulley (2).
IMPORTANT Do not use belt wax or any similar products.
IMPORTANT Attach poly-V-belt according to the running diagram:

7 Install wide band silencer   AR09.41-P-6825T
8 Close engine hood Model 203 AR88.40-P-1000P
    Model 209 AR88.40-P-1000Q
    Model 211 AR88.40-P-1000T
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the running engine Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.		 AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9 Carry out engine test run
