	Removal
	Risk of death  caused by being drawn into rotating vehicle parts	Do not insert your hand into rotating parts. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Secure area of rotating vehicle components against unauthorized access.	AS00.00-Z-0004-01A
	Risk of injury caused by moving parts that can pinch, crush or  , in extreme cases even sever extremities.	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0009-01A
1	Loosen the poly-V-belt (1) and remove from tensioning pulley	Swivel torx bolt (2) at tensioning pulley (3) in anti-clockwise direction for this step. Lock the tension pulley with a pin or mandrel (diameter 5mm).
2	Unscrew bracket (4) at tensioning pulley (5)		*BA13.22-P-1001-01A
3	Remove poly-V-belt (1) from the remaining rollers
	Check
4	Inspect belt pulley and tensioning device for damage and dirt
5	Check poly-V-belt (1)
	Check poly-V-belt in visible area for wear		AP13.22-P-1352Z
	Install
6	Place poly-V-belt onto the running rollers of the compressor and the generator
7	Screw on guide pulley (5) and bracket (4)		*BA13.22-P-1001-01A
8	Fit on poly V-belt (1), tension	Do not use belt wax or similar products otherwise the poly-V-belt may slip. Begin in numerical order of the relevant running diagram with the tensioning pulley: ↓

	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the running engine	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 9	Crank the engine and check the belt run
