	Removal, installation
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Remove lower engine compartment lining	Model 170.466	AR61.20-P-1105A

2	Drain coolant at radiator	Model 170.466	AR20.00-P-1142SV

3	Remove front bumper	Model 170.466	AR88.20-P-2000G
		Model 203.065/265	AR88.20-P-2000P
4	Slacken compact clips at low temperature water cooler		k *WH58.30-Z-1005-02A
5	Detach coolant hoses (1 and 2) at low temperature water cooler (110/11)
6	Unscrew nuts at stud bolts (3) of bracket for low temperature water cooler (110/11).
7	Lift low temperature water cooler (110/11) out together with air scoop (110/9)
8	Remove air scoop (110/9)	Only if low temperature water cooler is replaced.
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Inspect cooling system for leaks		AR20.00-P-1010P
