	Remove/Install
1	Move selector lever to position "D".
2.1	Pull stowage compartment (1) of cover (6) out with removal plates (9)	Only on vehicles equipped with radio (A2).
3.1	Unscrew bolts (7).	Only on vehicles equipped with radio (A2).
4	Remove ashtray housing (3)		AR68.20-P-2400M
5.1	Pull cover out (6) with AC push-button control module (N22) and radio (A2)	Only on vehicles equipped with radio (A2). The cover (6) is clipped into the center console in the upper area (arrows).
5.2	Pull cover (6) out with AC push-button control module (N22)	Only on vehicles equipped with COMAND operating, display and control module (A40/3). The cover (6) is clipped into the center console in the upper area (arrows).
6	Disconnect electrical connectors
7.1	Remove radio	Only on vehicles equipped with radio (A2). Remove radio (A2) from cover (6)
		Model 220 with CODE (750a) MB Audio 30 RDS radio or with CODE (753) MB Audio 10 RDS radio or with CODE (756a) MB Audio 10 RDS radio with CD slot	AR82.60-P-7502I
8	Remove AAC push-button control module (N22)	Remove AC push-button control module (N22) from cover (6)	AR83.40-P-6350M
9	Install in the reverse order
