Remove and install cables for rear seat adjustment - AR91.12-P-1130GI

MODEL 163.136/154/172 as of 1.9.9 163.113/128/157/174/175 60% rear seat

	Remove/install
1	Remove fold-down rear backrest		AR91.12-P-1720GI
2	Remove paneling for horizontal adjustment handle from horizontal adjustment handle (2)	Risk of breakage! Unscrew screw and press paneling of horizontal adjustment handle forwards in order to unhook the retaining lugs
3	Detach rear seat covering and outer Velcro closures of rear seat cushion frame
4	Remove rear seat cushion from rear seat cushion frame
5	Remove curtain from front of rear seat
6	Unhook horizontal adjustment cable (8) from clip (10)	Risk of breakage!
7	Unhook horizontal adjustment cable from bottom of rear seat support	Installation:  Replace tie straps.
8	Unscrew screws (1) from horizontal adjustment handle (2)
9	Unhook horizontal adjustment cable from horizontal adjustment handle (2)	Risk of breakage! Pull out horizontal locking handle.
10	Unhook horizontal adjustment cable (8) from front of rear seat cushion frame and remove	Risk of breakage!
11	Detach cover (4) from vertical adjustment handle (5)
12	Unscrew bolt (3) and detach vertical adjustment handle (5) from rear seat cushion frame	Press unlocking device and pull vertical adjustment handle forwards. Observe installed position of spring!
13	Unhook vertical adjustment cable (6) from clip (7)	Risk of breakage! Clip (7) is concealed behind adhesive tape. Installation:  Stick on adhesive tape again
14	Unhook vertical adjustment cable from vertical adjustment handle (5)
15	Unhook vertical adjustment cable (6) from clip (9) and rear seat support	Risk of breakage! Installation:  Replace tie straps.
16	Guide vertical adjustment cable (6) through grommet and remove
17	Install in the reverse order	Ensure that horizontal adjustment cable and vertical adjustment cable are routed correctly.
