	Removing
	Injury hazard  Windshield wiper mechanism can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases, even sever extremities	Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A
1	Withdraw ignition key
2	Remove wiper arm		AR82.30-P-6100E
3	Open engine hood, raise to vertical position	Model 202	AR88.40-P-1000E
		Model 208.3	AR88.40-P-1000F
4	Remove air inlet		AR83.25-P-1401E
5	Take off cover below wiper system
6	Unscrew securing nuts of wiper system (1)
7.1	Unscrew screw (2) for rubber mount (3)	Model 202 only Behind engine partition, access difficult.
7.2	Open clamp for rubber mount (3)	Model 208 only
8	Disconnect wiper motor connector M6/1x1
9	Take out wiper system together with rubber mount (3)	Confined space; do not damage windshield.
	Installing
10	Insert wiper system
11	Plug in wiper motor connector
12	Fit on rubber mount (3)
13.1	Screw in screw (2) for rubber mount (3)	Model 202 only
13.2	Close clamp for rubber mount (3)	Model 208 only
14	Screw in securing nuts of wiper system (1)		*BA82.30-P-1005-01A
15	Install wiper arm		AR82.30-P-6100E
16	Adjust wiper system		AR82.30-P-6400-01E
		Distance between wiper gear head and windshield	*BE82.30-P-1001-01A
		Distance between wiper arm and wiper blade	*BE82.30-P-1002-01A
