Removing and installing crank window in front door - AR72.10-P-1900FB

	Removal, installation
	Instructions for avoiding damage to windows on special protection vehicles		AH67.00-P-0003-01FB
1	Remove door liner on front door		AR72.12-P-1010FB
2	Remove outer sealing rail		AR72.10-P-1700E
3	Remove foil on inner door panel	Installation:  Check foil for damage, replace if necessary
4	Unscrew support plate (2) on inner door panel	Fastened with 12 screws
5	Disconnect electrical connector from side bag (3) and remove support plate (2)	Remove ignition key
	Injury hazard! Hands and feet can be pinched or crushed when working on windows on special protection vehicles	Secure windows from falling down, use only hoisting tools provided for this purpose, wear safety shoes.	AS67.00-Z-0003-01A
6	Close crank window (1)	Installation:  Crank window should open and close without jerking, if necessary ensure that window guides are parallel and correct by loosening screws (4).
7	Secure crank window against falling down with suitable device
	Injury hazard! Hands and feet can be pinched or crushed when working on windows on special protection vehicles	Secure windows from falling down, use only hoisting tools provided for this purpose, wear safety shoes.	AS67.00-Z-0003-01A
8	Unscrew screws (4)
9	Lower window lift mechanism completely
10	Remove crank window from outside	Have helper secure window
11	Reinstall in opposite order
