	Remove/Install
1	Remove cover rail (1)		Fig 2
2	Partially remove edge guard (2) (in area of cover (3))
3	Remove inner cover (3) from A-pillar
4	Lift floor carpeting on inner longitudinal member and open cable duct
5	Disconnect CL line and electrical connectors in front door in cable duct
6	Remove seal (3) and unscrew bolt for door catch from A-pillar		*BA72.10-P-1003-01A
			*BA72.10-P-1002-01A
7	Unscrew bolts (5) and slightly pull front door away from A-pillar	Hold door with 2nd person, avoid damaging paint.

8	Unclip protective tube (6) from A-pillar
9	Remove front door, simultaneously pull CL line out of A-pillar and cable duct together with electrical lines
10	Set down front door	Do not damage paintwork
	When replacing a door, carry out seam sealing and cavity preservation	When replacing a door ↓ Check rubber seal for corrosion and clean if necessary
		Treat door frame in area of contact surface of rubber seal with MB body sealant	*BR00.45-Z-1003-05A
12	Install in the reverse order		Fig 3
		Following installation, check joint dimensions throughout
		Gaps dimensions at hoods, doors and covers ↓
		Model 210.0	AR60.00-P-0700-01F
		Model 210.2	AR60.00-P-0700-01FA
		If applicable, adjust front door	AR72.10-P-0550F
