Activating anti-theft alarm (ATA), function - GF80.50-P-2002B

MODEL 202 as of 1.6.97 up to 31.5.98, 208, 210.081 /281 up to 31.5.98, 210 (except 210.081 /281) from 1.3.97 to 31.5.98 with CODE (551a) Anti-theft alarm (ATA) except CODE (882a) Interior motion sensor (infrared)

The anti-theft alarm (ATA)  can be activated by:

Function 

The PSE control module (combined) (A37)  receives the message "lock vehicle" via the CAN bus. It then activates the inputs for the exterior surface contacts and stop lamp switch.

The alarm inputs, to which the contacts are connected, are activated individually. An input is activated as soon as it has been in the non-actuated state for at least 10 seconds.

When the ATA is active the LED in the interior switch (CL) (S6/1s2)  flashes.
