Removing and installing window lift in front door - AR72.10-P-1800F

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removal, installation     
1 Remove door liner on front door   AR72.10-P-1000F 
2 Remove foil on inner door panel IMPORTANT Before installing foil check window lift for easy motion  
3 Unscrew bolt (29) IMPORTANT Open crank operated window to point that bolt (2) is accessible through installation opening
IMPORTANTInstallation:  When installing bolt (2) ↓
 
    adjust crank operated window in front door AR72.10-P-1950E 
4 Pull crank operated window (1) downward at front out of front window guide rail, move upward on outside past window guide rail and simultaneously out of sliders (5 and 6).    
5 Insert crank operated window into window guide rails and push upwards SPECIAL TOOL
IMPORTANT Secure against falling down with installation wedge

6 Disconnect electric plugs on power window motor    
7 Drill out or cut out pop rivets (8) IMPORTANT To drill out: use 4.8 mm dia. bit  
8 Unhook window lift (4) from inner door panel with installation hook (9) and remove through installation opening    
9 Reinstall in opposite order
