6	Take off poly-V-belt	When carrying out further operations on the engine or timing case cover, relieve pressure on tensioning device. Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device for damage and dirt, replace if necessary.
	Checking
7	Inspect poly-V-belt	Inspect poly-V-belt for damage and traces of wear. Replace damaged poly-V belts, in order to avoid damaging the engine.
