Removing, installing electric fan - AR20.40-P-5000B

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removing, installing    
1 Disconnect ground cable of the battery   AR54.10-P-0003A
2 Detach coolant return flow hose (3) from fixture at radiator (1) IMPORTANT Attach to engine  
3 Take off electrical plug connection at electric fan (2)    
4.1 Disconnect boost pressure regulator vacuum transducer (Y31/5) and EGR pressure regulator flap (Y31/4) at electric fan Model 202  
    IMPORTANT Place components to the side and attach at that point  
5 Pull off flat springs (4) on top of electric fan    
6 Lift electric fan (2) up and out NOTESInstallation:  insert retaining lugs (arrows) of electric fan into the mounts on the radiator.  
7 Install in the reverse order
