Remove/install engine mount - AR22.10-P-1100GV

ENGINE 112 in MODEL 210.061 /063 /065 /261 /263 /265 /663

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove engine trim panel    
2 Disconnect/connect battery's ground cable IMPORTANT Only necessary if the right engine mount is removed.
Installation:  After connecting, read fault memory, encode radio and normalize power windows.
Vehicles with stationary heater: Adjust time display on stationary heater.

3 Remove viscous fan (1) IMPORTANT Only necessary if the left engine mount is removed. AR20.40-P-5660C
4 Remove fan shroud (2). IMPORTANT Only necessary if the left engine mount is removed.  
5 Take off poly V-belt IMPORTANT Only necessary if the left engine mount is removed. AR13.22-P-1202BA
6 Put on engine support bracket   AR01.10-P-7500-03B
7 Remove engine panel   AR61.20-P-1105AB
8 Unbolt AC compressor (3) IMPORTANT Only necessary if the left engine mount is removed.
Do not disconnect refrigerant lines of the AC compressor.
 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA83.55-P-1001-01A 
9 Unscrew bolts (4) connecting engine mount (5) to engine support TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA22.10-P-1004-01L

10 Remove shields (6) Installation: 
The notches in the shields must fit in the antitwist locks of the engine supports.
 
11 Raise engine NOTES
Ensure that the rear of the engine does not touch the body!
Do not overstretch coolant hoses!
 
12 Unscrew bolts (7) connecting engine mount (5) to front axle carrier TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA22.10-P-1001-01L 
13 Remove engine mount (5) Installation: 
NOTES The anti-twist locks (arrows) at the engine mounts (5) must fit in the retaining grooves (arrows) of the engine supports.
 
IMPORTANT Environmental protection regulations for disposal of engine mounts Dispose engine mounts into mixed scrap.  
14 Install in the reverse order    
15 Read out fault memory and erase Stored faults which can result from cables being disconnected or from simulation during removal and installation or test work, have to be processed and erased in the fault memories after completing the work.↓
