Remove/install fuel tank - AR47.10-P-4100D: Notes

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/Install     
DANGER Risk of explosion  caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel. No fire, sparks, naked flames or smoking. Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.
Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.		 AS47.00-Z-0001-01A 
1 Empty fuel tank, fill.   AR47.10-P-4001B
    FLUID SPECIFICATION *BF47.10-P-1001-01A 
2 Remove trim panel of fuel tank as well as left and right side trim panel of trunk    
3 Dismount fuel hose on the suction side (53), fuel return hose (74) and vent line (76/1) IMPORTANT Collect remaining fuel, seal connections

    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA47.10-P-1004-01B 
4 Take out fuel tanks (75) Model ↓  
    Model 124.008/02/032/052 AR47.10-P-4100-01DA
    Model 124.088/092 AR47.10-P-4100-01DB
    Model 124.066 AR47.10-P-4100-01DC
    Model 129 AR47.10-P-4100-01DD
    Model 140 AR47.10-P-4100-01DE 
5 Check sound insulation strip (75/5) If necessary replace. Stick on sound insulation strip (self-adhesive).  
6 Remove fuel strainer (26) Clean and check reusability  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION
IMPORTANT The splash bowl in the fuel tank is secured against turning with 2 pins. It is attached together with the fuel strainer (26)		 *BA47.10-P-1001-01B 
7 Replace O-ring (26/1) Oil to facilitate installation  
8 Install in the reverse order    
9 Dispose of fuel tank   OS47.10-P-0001-01A
