Removing, installing Tele-Aid emergency call system control module - AR82.95-P-0005A: Notes

	Removal, installation

	AID emergency call system
1	Read out vehicle data with HHT and note	Only when replacing control module	*WH58.30-Z-1036-13A
2	Disconnect ground lead from battery
3	Remove cover on left wheelhouse recess
4	Remove side paneling in left trunk
5	Unscrew welding bolt nut (2) from mount (1)
6	Lift mount (1) with all control modules from wheelhouse and position in trunk.	Do not damage wiring harness.
7	Unscrew nuts (5) from mount (4) and remove mount (4)
8	Unlock connector from transmitter/receiver (A35) (arrows) and disconnect
9	Disconnect all antenna leads from transmitter/receiver (A35)	Installation:  When connecting observe color coding.
10	Remove transmitter/receiver (A35)
11	Unscrew screws (6)
12	Pull TELE AID control module (A35/8) out of mount (1)	Do not damage wiring harness.
13	Unlock connectors on TELE AID control module (A35/8) and disconnect
14	Disconnect all antenna leads from TELE AID control module (A35/8)	Installation:  When connecting observe color coding.
15	Install in the reverse order	Installation:  When installing new control module, enter vehicle data with HHT.
16	Program control module for TELE AID emergency call system	Installation:  When installing new control module, enter vehicle data with HHT.	AR82.95-P-0005-02A
