Before starting work, the area around the oil cooling lines (4) must be thoroughly cleaned in the area around the separation points on the transmission. Even the smallest dirt particles, introduced into the hydraulic components, can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the transmission |

Disconnect ground cable of battery |
Insulate ground line as a protection against unintentional contact of detached ground line with ground point of battery. |

Remove heat shield (5) and disconnect 13-pin plug connector (2) |
