	Risk of explosion through welding or soldering operations on closed air conditioning system. Risk of poisoning through inhaling overheated coolant vapors. Risk of injury through skin and eye contact with fluid coolant	Do not carry out welding operations on or in proximity of closed air conditioning system. Smoking and naked flame are forbidden. 4	Remove intake and pressure line on expansion valve (screw 1)	Close openings on expansion valve (parts set) Installation: Replace sealing rings and coat with compressor oil when inserting.
5	Pull out coolant injection hose (2)	Refrigerant injection hose (2) must always be replaced when removed
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Replace receiver/drier		ra83001400540x

8	Switch on air conditioning system and allow engine to run at idle speed for approx. 4 minutes	Set temperature selection dial at min. (blue) Blower at max.
