	Danger of severe burns to skin and eyes from hot coolant spewing out. Toxic when swallowed	Open cooling system only when coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cover slowly and reduce pressure. 16	Unclip pull cable for rear air outlet

18	Remove ignition/starter switch
19	Remove cross brace in front of A/C housing	1 nut, 3 screws
20	Remove left and right reinforcement tubes to support	left: 3 screws, 2 nuts right: 1 screw, 1 nut
21	Remove mount (5)
22	Unscrew nut (3)	3 each
23	Remove outer left mount on A/C housing	3 nuts
24	Remove outer right mount on A/C housing	4 nuts
25	Remove right supporting tube, for this purpose, unclip valve strip	3 screws, 5 nuts	ra83001400138x
26	Unscrew nuts (3) between defroster nozzles	2 each
27	Remove air ducts to left and right side nozzles
28	Disconnect starter lockout and backup lamp switch connector (X49/2)
29	Disconnect evaporator temperature sensor connector (B10/6x1)
30	Pull wiring harness for blower out of A/C housing together with rubber grommet
31	Disconnect vacuum line connector to main air flap (4)
32	Disconnect gray/green vacuum line from vacuum valve block
33	Pull A/C housing out toward rear
34	Reinstall in opposite order
