Removing and installing thermostat - ra83001406002x(6002)

Model 140 with auxiliary heater
Previous work:
Front right fender lining removed.
Operation number of operation texts and work units or standard texts and flat rates:
| Pressure in coolant system | Vent by turning sealing cap (1) on coolant expansion tank (2) to 1st lock. |
| Coolant | Drain by releasing clamp (3) and disconnecting coolant hose (4) at thermostat (5); reconnect coolant hose (4) and tighten clamp (3). |
| Clamps (6 und 7) | Release, tighten. |
| Coolant hoses (8 and 9) | Disconnect, connect. |
| Nut (10) | Unscrew, screw on. |
| Screw (11) | Pull out, push in. |
| Thermostat (5) | Remove, install. |
| Coolant circuit with auxiliary heater | Bleed (Bleeding coolant circuit with auxiliary heater ). |
| Auxiliary heater | Check function. |
NOTE:
When replacing the thermostat (5), remove/install the holder (12).
