Model 140 with auxiliary heater
Previous work:
Molding on front right fender removed.
Front right fender lining removed.
Operation number of operation texts and work units or standard texts and flat rates:
| Ground cable on battery | Disconnect, connect. |
| Pressure in coolant system | Vent by turning sealing cap (1) on coolant expansion tank (2) to 1st lock. |
| Coolant expansion tank (2) | Seal off. |
| Cover (3) | Pull off, push on. |
| Connector (4) with plug | Unclip from holder at heating unit, clip in. |
| Plug cover (5) | Open, close. |
| Cables (6) of thermal fuse (A6f1) | Disconnect and remove from plug housing; insert and route. Blue cable to plug location 11. Blue cable to plug location 12. |
| Thermal fuse (A6f1) | Unscrew. |
| Grommet (7) | Check and moisten with coolant when installing. |
| Thermal fuse (A6f1) | Screw in by hand as far as possible. |
| Coolant circuit with auxiliary heater | Bleed (Bleeding coolant circuit with auxiliary heater ). |
| Auxiliary heater | Check function. |
