Remove/install windshield - AR67.10-P-1000DC: Notes

2	Move engine hood to upright position
3	Mask fender in area of A-pillar and install protective fender cover
4	Remove paneling on A-pillar.		ra88001400850x
5	Remove molding on windshield.		ra67001400120x
6	Remove wiper system		ra82001400640x
7	Remove window molding from side of windshield		ra68001400405x
8	Unclip C-pillar paneling in front area on window molding and roof frame		ra68001400449x
9	Remove inside rearview mirror
10	Remove roof control unit
11	Remove mounting plate for inside rearview mirror
12	Remove sun visors
13	Unscrew screw from mount for sun blind
	Risk of injury from slipping when clamping blade in the multicutter and from glass splinters when cutting out glued windows	Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade. Wear protective gloves and eye protection.	AS67.00-Z-0001-01A
14	Remove windshield with cutting blade		AR67.10-P-1000-01D

20	Remove backing foil from windshield rubber spacers.
21	Apply glue		AR67.10-P-1000-08P
		Betagun 2K electric cartridge gun	*WH58.30-Z-1002-20A
		Height of glue bead approx. 13 mm Install window within 10 minutes before adhesive force of glue starts to decrease
22	Install windshield		AR67.10-P-1503-01K
			*WE58.40-Z-1029-11A
		The curing time is approx. 1 hour from the time the window is installed
		Open crank window in vehicle to prevent the windshield from being pressed outward by air pressure when the door is closed.

26	Install window molding on side of windshield		ra68001400405x
27	Install front rear pillar paneling		ra68001400449x
