Checking alignment of steering knuckle (removed) - AR40.30-P-0451B

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removing, installing     
1 Remove/install steering knuckle   AR33.25-P-0400A
MEASURING Measuring     
2 Place steering knuckle with attached wheel hub or brake disc on parallel supports. COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS *WH58.30-Z-1015-12A 
3 Measure and note height dimension "A" as comparative measurement with a height marking device. COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS Measure on the flat surface of the brake caliper mounting. *WH58.30-Z-1016-12A 
4 Measure and note height dimension "B1-B3" at the lowest point of the respective bore. IMPORTANT The test values are calculated from the difference between height dimension "A" and the height dimensions:
"B1" = Supporting joint mounting
"B2" = Upper wishbone mounting
"B3" = Steering knuckle arm mounting
