Remove/install rear transmission cover - AR27.30-P-0680A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Unscrew oil drain screw (4a) and drain transmission oil TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA27.10-P-1001-03A 
2 Support transmission NOTES Components can be damaged if the transmission lowers  
3 Remove engine crossmember   ra22001042120x
4 Remove rear engine mount    
5 Remove exhaust bracket (10) and U-bracket (11) by removing self-locking nuts (7) IMPORTANTInstallation  : Replace self-locking nuts  
6 Unhook exhaust system (60) at the rear mount IMPORTANT Detach using a V-belt  
7 Remove shield (5)    
8 Unscrew front propeller shaft (71) to transmission Model 124 ra4100107b050x
    Model 129 AR41.10-P-0050A
    Model 140 AR41.10-P-0050DA
    Model 210 AR41.10-P-0050B
9 Remove centrifugal governor (50)   AR27.10-P-0280A 
10 Remove speedometer shaft (9) and/or inductive sensor (85a)    
11 Detach connector at valve unit    
12 Remove three-arm flange (64) NOTES Replace twelve-point collar nut AR27.50-P-0620-01A 
    SPECIAL TOOL Socket wrench bit Fig 2
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA27.50-P-1001-01A 
13 Remove washer (65)    
14 Remove secondary pump up to transmission no. 3652931 AR27.10-P-0300A 
REFER TO COMPONENT MODIFICATIONS Secondary pump dispensed with Transmission 722.5 BT27.10-P-0002-01A 
15 Unscrew hexagon bolts (73) IMPORTANTInstallation  : Degrease bolts and coat with non-curing sealant *BR00.45-Z-1006-01A 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA27.30-P-1001-02A 
16 Remove rear transmission cover (70) IMPORTANT Replace gasket (72)
NOTES The output shaft must NOT be pulled out of the housing. Ring gear and clutch body cannot be pushed back into the clutch disks.
The transmission must be removed in this case		  
17 Fit shims (163) on output shaft The shims (163) may be stuck to the grooved ball bearing in the rear cover
IMPORTANT According to condition: ↓		  
    Disassemble rear transmission cover AR27.30-P-0700A 
18 Install in the reverse order    
19 Fill transmission IMPORTANT without changing oil filter AP27.10-P-2702AA 
20 Check oil level in automatic transmission and correct if necessary.   AR27.00-P-0100A 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION OIL PAN, AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
