Removing and installing intake manifold - AR09.20-P-1310EA

	Removing, installing
1	Remove fuel rail together with injectors, install		AR07.03-P-1451E
2	Remove hot film mass air flow sensor, install		AR07.07-P-1453E
3	Partially drain coolant
4	Separate plug connection of actuator (M16/1x1)	Fold locking arm up for this step
5	Unplug all the plug connections/sockets of the electrical components at the intake manifold
6	Detach vacuum hose of check valve

7	Detach coolant those (33/1) at rear left of intake manifold
8	Detach coolant hose (33) at front of intake manifold
9	Unscrew bolts (14, 15, 16)	Pay attention to different bolt lengths. Oil bolt threads with assembly oil. Tighten bolts according to tightening diagram: ↓

10	Take off intake manifold (19)	Model 210 E 50 AMG, 129 SL 60 AMG: the intake cross sections of the top part of the intake manifold are enlarged. Installation: fit on coolant hose (33).
18	Use straightedge for inspecting flange surfaces	If necessary, process on dressing plate, or: ↓
		replace intake manifold	AR09.20-P-1310-04EA
19	Replace gaskets (18)
20	Install in the reverse order
