Follow SERVICE PRECAUTIONS to prevent accidental air bag deployment and personal injury. See SERVICE PRECAUTIONS
. DO NOT use any type of self-powered meter to test resistance of air bag module or other SRS components while system is activated.
NOTE:
After component replacement, perform a system operation check to ensure proper system operation. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK
. If SRS light does not function properly, see appropriate SRS COMPONENT TESTING
and appropriate SRS SELF-DIAGNOSTIC CHECK
