Visual inspection (coolant switching valve No. 1)

NOTE:

Perform the procedure with coolant switching valve No. 1 removed. (See COOLANT SWITCHING VALVE (CSV) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [001] ).

Inspect coolant switching valve No. 1 for the following.
- Damage or cracking
- Clogging with dirt or foreign matter in the coolant passage of coolant switching valve No. 1
- Coolant switching valve No. 1 is open (normal condition)
If a malfunction occurs
- Repair or replace the malfunctioning location. (See COOLANT SWITCHING VALVE (CSV) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [001] ).
