U.S.A. and CANADA (Charcoal canister (sub)) : Notes

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
- Remove the rear tire (RH). (See WHEEL AND TIRE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the rear splash shield (RH). (See SPLASH SHIELD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the cap nuts. (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
.)
- Set the rear mudguard (RH) aside. (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove in the order indicated in the table.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
