Intake Manifold Component Removal Note

  1. Remove the EGR cooler. (See EGR COOLER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN Y) .)
  2. Remove the EGR valve. (See EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN Y) .)
  3. Remove the EGR pipe No. 1 and EGR pipe No. 2. (See EGR PIPE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN Y) .)
  4. Remove the following parts. (See ELECTRIC WATER PUMP REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN Y) .)
    • Electric water pump
    • Electric water pump bracket
  5. Disconnect the wiring harness clip shown in the figure.

  6. Remove the intake manifold component.
