Intake Manifold Component Installation Note

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Install the intake manifold component.
  2. Connect the wiring harness clip shown in the figure.

  3. Install the following parts. (See ELECTRIC WATER PUMP REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN Y) .)
    • Electric water pump bracket
    • Electric water pump
  4. Install the EGR pipe No. 1 and EGR pipe No. 2. (See EGR PIPE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN Y) .)
  5. Install the EGR valve. (See EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN Y) .)
  6. Install the EGR cooler. (See EGR COOLER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN Y) .)
