Intention of troubleshooting procedure

- Perform inspection of each separate part.
- Step 2
- Perform a unit inspection of the exhaust gas pressure sensor.
- Step 3-4
- Verify that the primary malfunction is resolved and there are no other malfunctions.

Yes | Repair or replace the malfunctioning part according to the inspection results, then go to Step 3. |

| 2 | PURPOSE: DETERMINE INTEGRITY OF EXHAUST GAS PRESSURE SENSOR

Yes | Replace the exhaust gas pressure sensor, then go to the next step. (See EXHAUST GAS PRESSURE SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [VIN Y] .) |

| 3 | PURPOSE: PERFORM DTC INSPECTION AND VERIFY IF MALFUNCTIONING PART IS PCM
