Troubleshooting item	Engine flares up or slips when upshifting or downshifting
Description	When shifting up while accelerating the vehicle with the accelerator pedal depressed, the engine revs. When shifting down while the vehicle is being driven normally with the accelerator pedal depressed, the engine revs rapidly.
