Auto-stop Operation Inspection

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
- Disconnect the rear wiper motor connector. (See REAR WIPER MOTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Apply battery positive voltage to rear wiper motor terminal A and connect terminals B and C to the ground, and then operate the rear wiper motor.
- While the rear wiper motor is operating, disconnect the ground connected to terminal C.
- Verify that the rear wiper stops at the park position as a result of the auto-stop operating.
- If the rear wiper does not stop at the park position, replace the rear wiper motor. (See REAR WIPER MOTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
