Electrical Supply Unit (ESU) Bracket Removal/Installation

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
- Remove the following parts:
- Rear package tray (See REAR PACKAGE TRAY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Trunk covering (See TRUNK COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Trunk board (See TRUNK BOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .)
- Trunk end trim (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Trunk side upper trim (LH) (See TRUNK SIDE UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Open the cargo net hook cover and remove the bolt.
- Remove the cargo net hooks.
- Remove the fasteners.
- Move the trunk side trim (LH) in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration while detaching the clip.
- Partially peel the trunk side trim (LH).
- Remove the electrical supply unit (ESU). (See ELECTRICAL SUPPLY UNIT (ESU) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the bolts.
- Remove the clips A and B.
- Remove the electrical supply unit (ESU) bracket.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
