Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Valve Removal/Installation (Us): Notes

Replacement Part 

Gasket
Quantity: 1
Location of use: Oil separator
Retainer
Quantity: 1
Location of use: PCV valve
O-ring
Quantity: 1
Location of use: PCV valve
  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
  2. Remove the intake manifold. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .)
  3. Disconnect the wiring harness clip as shown in the illustration.

  4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
