Indicator Light Inspection

NOTE:
- The indicator light is built into the electric parking brake switch. If there is any malfunction, replace the electric parking brake switch. (See ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
- Remove the electric parking brake switch. (See ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Apply battery positive voltage to electric parking brake switch terminal L, and connect terminal F to ground.
- Verify that the indicator light turns on.
- If there is any malfunction, replace the electric parking brake switch. (See ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
