Extractor Chamber Removal/Installation

- Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
- Remove the following parts:
- Rear splash shield (See SPLASH SHIELD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Rear combination light (See REAR COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Rear bumper (See REAR BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Insert a remover tool in the position shown in the figure.
- Move the remover tool in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure and detach the clips from the body.
- Remove the extractor chamber in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
